Artcraft's proprietary digital printing equipment includes a variety of large-format printers imaging at up to 1440dpi. Featuring 64-bit color accuracy and brilliance with archival permanence. Spot colors print as solid fields and photos appear continous tone. These prints bonded to aluminum become an extremely durable, yet cost effective signage choice. Quickly becoming the standard for parks and themed attractions throughout the world, these graphics are resistant to fading, de-laminating, cold, heat, mold, mildew, pollution and graffiti! Also available are custom-produced vandal-resistant frames, stands, mounts, and supports.

Best of all, the graphics are environmentally friendly. The aluminum substrate is fully recyclable and contains recycled content. It was smelted using clean hydro-electric power. As well the inks are aqueous based and very inert.

Tiger embedded graphics begin with our revolutionary 1400dpi printing process. The graphics are embedded in polycarbonate resins for the ultimate in durability. Since no portion of the process involves paper, there is no chance of deterioration at any point. As well, the bright, jewel-like graphics are unsurpassed for clarity and beauty.

Our resins are also fully recyclable and are so inert that they meet FDA guidelines as “Food Safe”. Custom-produced vandal-resistant frames, stands, mounts, and supports are created on demand.

For added durability outdoors, our clients have found our extensive choice of frames and stands to be both tough and attractive.
Over 150 million tons of plant fiber are destroyed each year. The realization that this valuable plant material can be utilized to produce construction materials is only recently being exploited. Artcraft is producing indoor signage on rigid boards constructed of recycled wheat fibers. The naturally beautiful textures of the plant particles can be showcased or obscured in selected areas by altering the opacity of the printing inks. High resolution photos can be embedded into the board's surface for that final exotic finish.
Digital Diamond signage was created by Artcraft to fill a void in the signage industry. Diamond signs utilize extremely high-resolution graphics to produce vandal and weather resistant signage. Featuring non-brittle, durable graphics and rust-proof metal cores, the graphics are fully recyclable and have recycled content.
